One 20ft container for standard models — roughly 60–100 doors depending on size. Mixed models in one container are welcome.
20–35 days for standard orders after deposit and drawing approval. OEM projects add prototype time.
Sea freight runs 15–40 days by destination: ~15 days to the US West Coast, ~30 days to the US East Coast and Europe, ~20–25 days to the Middle East.
Panels get foam-film protection, export cartons and steel pallets; hardware ships boxed separately. Desiccant and moisture barriers are added for long sea routes.
30% deposit by T/T to start production, 70% against bill of lading copy. L/C at sight for larger orders.
Our doors are manufactured to EN 13241 requirements and CE documentation can be provided for European orders.
5 years on panels against manufacturing defects, 2 years on hardware and springs at rated cycles. Warranty terms are written into every proforma invoice.
